I suggest that we move the F-2-F into October, perhaps the first or
second week. I believe that is technically "off-season", so hotel rates
should be cheaper, in addition to airfare. Since we (especially me) are
way behind on the spec, the additional time would also help. I
definitely do not want to cancel the F-2-F! We have a lot of work to do,
and having a F-2-F is critical. Thoughts?

I can not hold a meeting the week September 19-24 as I will be
unavailable. I am also having difficulty finding suitable hotel
facilities at a reasonable price, this has surprised me as usually the
first 2-3 weeks in September are reasonable. Due to our delays is the
meeting time still appropriate? Do we need to have the meeting to catch
up?
We MUST decide on tomorrows call what we want to do.

p.s. Hotel details - I can get a reasonable hotel without high speed
access close to a meeting venue for less than $200 US. Most of the
hotels with high speed are not as convenient and 1.5 to 2 times the
price. I am looking to see If I can find us somewhere else to meet
outside of central London. I will give more details tomorrow.
