The questions I asked are, I think, ones which many people on this list would like to get answered. 


This has left me wondering why IBM is asking for discussions to be held separately with each company? Is this because one company would be treated differently - i.e. come to a different agreement with IBM, than another?

I think it would be really useful if IBM could provide a clear statement of their policy on how they plan to handle the IP issues around their TPA/ML patent and what they would expect users of their IP to do.
