    Inconsistency: Section 8.2.5 id attributes Each of the ebXML SOAP extension elements listed above has an optional id attribute... Section 8.11.1 id attribute The Manifest element MUST have an id attribute that is an XML ID (See section 8.2.5). 8.11.1 needs to be changed from MUST to MAY. Regards, David Fischer Drummond Group.
