    This is actually part of an Activity proposal, and is available to W3C
    members within the member area of the W3C site.
    I believe it is becoming increasingly important for OASIS Messaging to
    contemplate how to pro-actively engage
    with W3C (per charter), and what potential proposals could be formed.

    group
    (within W3C I think you said).  I am only familiar with the new OASIS Web
