OASIS ebXML Messaging Services TC

Hello,   I'm working on the next update to the AS4 profile.  In the Minimal Client conformance clause,  shall we drop the requirement to support SOAP-with-attachments?   There are many simple applications for which AS4 is candidate that only involve a single XML payload, which AS4 can carry in the SOAP Body.   Pim
