    [This didn't get through the administrative changes at OASIS so I'll put 
    it out there again.  As you saw, Matt has already responded to my 
    question below.  I haven't updated anything since sending this out the 
    last time (sorry).]
    
    Much appreciated Matt.
    
    Please find attached a draft of the issues list as annotated (search for
    square brackets) in San Diego.  The starting point might not match
    what's posted on our site at present because I still haven't checked.
    I'll be doing that check and splitting up this large XML file (and
    generated HTML file) using Mike Dillon's input over the next little while.
    
    I will appreciate any and all helpful comments about things I've missed
    or misconstrued.
    
    Should we open an action item for Matt to let me know as he addresses
    the issues we've made decisions about? :-)
