    Candidate CD draft. pdf version of the Conf Profiles adjunct doc.
Changes from the one initially available on the public TC page:
- missing section 2.2.3 was restored.
- added more specific requirements for support of eb:Receipts (in table
2.2.1).
- in feature set table (2.2.1): added the XMLDsig warning from Dale
(response to user concern on recent scurity threat report)
- in feature set table (2.2.1): made more explicit the minimal
authorization support (PullRequest).

    Jacques,

	I have reviewed the proposed CD and it has an editorial issue
that must be addressed before a formal ballot for approval may begin -
the revision history has not been completed.  Also the copyright date is
still 2007 which should be changed.
