Subject: Groups - draft Reliability Module (ebMS3-Reliability-modular-core.doc) uploaded

The former draft on Reliability function has been split now in two docs:
    - a core module that relies on an abstract reliability component.
    - a binding of this module to WS-Reliability 1.1.

     -- Mr Jacques Durand

The document revision named draft Reliability Module
(ebMS3-Reliability-modular-core.doc) has been submitted by Mr Jacques

document is revision #1 of ebMS3-Reliability.pdf.

    Document Description:
This version specifies the reliability function in an abstract way (makes
