Acceptance of Minutes of the October, the 6th meeting
    -----------------------------------------------------
    - The attending TC members unanimously accepted the minutes. The
uncertainties regarding the attribute names for table templates are
clarified in this (13 Oct) meeting.

    Action Items
    ------------
    - (Phil Boutros: create proposal for unifying change tracking in text
    and table documents)
       - in progress
    - Daniel Vogelheim, (Paul Langille): proposal for business charts
       - in progress

Discussion of Work Package 5.3 Style Properties
    -----------------------------------------------
The TC unanimously agreed that the attributes of the new
    "<table:table-template>" are called "table:first-row-start-column",
    "table:first-row-end-column", "table:last-row-start-column" and
    "table:last-row-end-column".

The TC discussed pages and page properties as described in section 2.3
    of the OpenOffice.org XML specification:

The TC discussed the use case where the page setup (that is the number
of pages and their page style) are known in advance and the document
contains only text boxes that flow on the pages. It has been discussed
how this situation can be achieved with the current format. One way to
achieve this seems to use the concept of following page styles of master
pages. This requires to insert hard page breaks into the document body,
that again requires paragraphs. To avoid the paragraphs, some kind of
page break element that does not influence the layout could be
introduced. An alternative is to use the already existing <draw:page>
element that exactly has the purpose of specifying fixed page layouts.
David Faure will clarify whether extensions are required to use draw
pages for this purpose. The discussion will be continued in the next con
    call.

Discussion of Work Package 5.4 Special Styles
    ---------------------------------------------
The TC discussed the footnote and endnote configuration as described in
section 3.6 of the OpenOffice.org XML specification. Since the TC
already agreed to merge foot- and endnotes into a single concept of
notes that might have various types (footnote and endnote in the current
specification) the foot- and endnote configurations have to be merged as
well. Michael Brauer will prepare a proposal for this.

The TC agreed to keep the line numbering configuration as described in
section 3.5 of the OpenOffice.org XML specification unchanged.

The TC started to discuss list and outline styles as described as part
of sections 3.3 and 3.4 of the OpenOffice.org XML specification. The TC
discussed the proposal to add a "style:default-outline-level" attribute
to paragraph styles and additionally whether there is a requirement for
specifying multiple outline styles for a document. The discussion will
be continued in the next con call.

    TC web page
    -----------
The TC agreed to enhance the FAQ by an hint to the TC's comment web
    form/mailing list.

    New Action Items
    ----------------
    - David Faure: Clarify whether draw pages can be used for fixed page layouts
    - Michael Brauer: Proposal for merged foot-/endnote configuration
    - Michael Brauer: Add hint to TC's comment web form to FAQ
