Hi John Another minor editorial proposal: - in section 1.2, p 4, add consistently space between "RFC" and "nnnn", i.e.   + in [RFC2616] replace "... RFC2616, June ..." by "... RFC 2616, June ..."   + in [RFC4422] replace "... RFC4422, June ..." by "... RFC 4422, June ..."
