I have just created 4 issues from my emails last week to the ODF TC list:
https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-4080 - Improved usability for ODF users by RNG artefacts in HTML
https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-4081 - Improved usability for ODF users by providing the default values as XML
https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-4082 - Editing processes of our ODF TC deliverables
https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-4083 - ODF deliverable DIFF as PDF should be omitted Till in 5 minutes in our call, Svante Am Mo., 6. Juli 2020 um 17:22 Uhr schrieb Svante Schubert <

patrick@durusau.net >: Svante, I don't try to add every possible issue to the agenda for each week. You may remember that as we progressed through the JIRA issues, a sub-set of issues was listed each week, with others to be added if time permitted. In other words, it wasn't oversight but a deliberate attempt to have a fixed amount of material to cover and not to encourage jumping around from one issue to another. I would encourage that the TC is covering the topics of ODF 1.3 CS02 before setting ODF 1.4 tasks on the agenda. I was not aware that topics of the upcoming TC agenda are solely JIRA tasks and not mails of TC members raising concerns, issues or suggestions? Where have we defined this? To be certain that we are going to discuss the questions I raised, I am going to write some tasks now ahead of the TC meeting. The only change the TC discussed last week for the next CS draft was changing the error I made in the manifest schema. That is the only change reflected in the latest draft. Talk to you in a bit. Patrick PS: The TC has not decided on addressing
https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-4079 as part of CS02, despite your listing the issue that way. That awaits the TC pleasure. Yes, it should indeed be discussed by the TC. So out of curiosity, why did you not put this issue on our agenda in the first place, Patrick? It was an existing JIRA issue raised the last week and it was related to ODF 1.3 CS03. Talk to you soon, Svante On 7/6/20 7:53 AM, Svante Schubert wrote: Patrick, I am a bit surprised. Last week I sent half a dozen emails to the ODF TC list when I was spending several days on the ODF-TC GitHub repository, filing - among other things - to the editor(s) the following issue:
https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-4079 (which includes an updated "Affects Version=PDF 1.3 CS01", "Fix Version="ODF 1.3 CS02" and updated Components: Part (Introduction) Part (Package) Part (Schema) Part (Formular) I have been following Michael Stahl's suggestion I discussed this issue while I am writing it, to omit the numbers to reuse these parts more easily. In addition, there were important emails with suggestions related to the upcoming ODF 1.3 CS02 delivery: ODF 1.3 CS02 additional artefacts ODF-TC requests to OASIS Suggestions on future OASIS ODF TC editing processes.
https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/202007/threads.html Still, you omitted all of these emails on today's agenda. Are you searching for a certain phrase in the email? I thought all suggestions made to the list are automatically not the agenda of the next meeting? Those topics are related to ODF 1.3 CS02 and should be addressed prior to the ODF 1.4 topics. Last but not least, I would love to have an update from the editor on the remaining problems mentioned in
https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-4079 And of course our working drafts of the deliverables in the future in our GitHub repository. Talk to you soon, Svante PS: A short reply on my "Request for Leave of Absence" that it had been acknowledged would be fine! :-) Am Mo., 6. Juli 2020 um 03:50 Uhr schrieb Patrick Durusau <
