SMP 2.0
Issues found:
-
Sections 2.1.3 and 4.3.4: Is Endpoint vs. Redirect conditional per request or per ProcessMetadata?
Minor editorial error in 2.1.3. Endpoint/Redirect is only conditional within a ProcessMetadata element, and not within the SMP response as a whole.
-
REST URIs in 5.4 should be [{identifier scheme}::]{participant id .
Correctly indicated in 3.6.3, which is also referenced from 5.4. Minor editorial error in 5.4.
-
Section 5.6.2.1: canonicalization identifier should be
http://www.w3.org/2006/12/xml-c14n11 Reference in section 5.6.2.1 should be to the Canonical XML 1.1. identifier and not to the specification.
Agreed that it would be convenient to make these editorial changes before submitting a candidate OASIS standard. Kenneth to reach out to TC Admin to see if these unsubstantial changes require a new public review.

BDXL administration interface
Proposal from Erlend:
https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/bdxr/201905/msg00015.html There is a broad interest in this work product. Work on the specification will begin in January, with the decision of different bindings as the principal discussion to be had.
