I'm posting this because it may be of interest to others. It's the full
setup I used to produce the DITA 1.1 XHTML Committee Draft inside the DITA
Open Toolkit. It includes the CD level source for the architectural
specification and language specification, along with a bit of ANT and XSLT.
It will allow anybody to build each specification with the proper OASIS
    Cover Page.

I expect to post the generated output tonight or tomorrow, when I find out
    some information about naming conventions.

    Document Description:

Open Toolkit. It includes the CD level source for the architectural

To use, unzip to the toolkit's plugins/ directory and run one of the build
files. The files are build-archspec.xml and build-langspec.xml. Each will
    build the expected draft.

The source copies of each committee draft within this zip should NOT be
    considered official drafts.
