  • 1.  Ballots for resolutions to Jira issues?

Hi all,   I proposed during the 24 April 2013 meeting that we consider having ballots on whether to issue additions to the errata for AS4 or ebMS 3 core. Makesh is finding out whether this process would be acceptable for OASIS. It is difficult to get everyone together for these meetings, and in order that everyone involved have a voice in the outcome of the resolution of the jira issues, we could at least formulate a ballot with the proposed errata content(s) for each jira issue and let the TC vote for acceptance. While ballots are a bit more work for all of us, it will allow us to resolve and add to the errata document(s) and make forward progress in closing the jira issues out, while still being confident that everyone has had an opportunity to review. I am hoping that a simple majoring of voting members will be sufficient for passing the ballot.   Comments and discussion welcome!   Dale Moberg

OK with me to use ballots to resolve Jira issues.    Sorry I have been missing some calls.  According to the Doodle, the Tuesday 11:00 AM PT time slot seems the best potential alternative.   P im From: ebxml-msg@lists.oasis-open.org [mailto:ebxml-msg@lists.oasis-open.org] On Behalf Of Dale Moberg Sent: 24 April 2013 19:43 To: ebxml-msg@lists.oasis-open.org Subject: [ebxml-msg] Ballots for resolutions to Jira issues?
