Here is the general comment from the oXygen survey: no complaints, but porting plugins to RelaxNG and 1.3 needs to be clearly explained somewhere, which is more a fault of the DITA 1.3 documentation and not oXygen. The survey was answered by about 30 users, two questions were about current and future DITA 1.3 features usage. The third question was about complaints with Oxygen and DITA but it also contained answers which were not Oxygen related.
