Arvola,
I understand the logistical problems. However what you have written
strikes me as primarily information for builders of MSHs. We could put it
in the CPPA spec but that really isn't the right place for MSH builders.
Of course they will hopefully be working from both the MSG and CPPA specs.
One temporary solution to the logistical problems is to initially issue it
as a separate technical report and put references to it in both specs.
Later, when the specs are fully in sync, we could incorporate it into one
of them.

One problem I see in putting this information (see

) in the MSG spec is that it assumes various schema changes in the 1.1
CPP/A
spec. The 1.1 MSG spec cannot really reference the 1.1 CPP/A spec since
they
are not going to be released at the same time.
