I already have two conflicts then, but don’t change it for me.
Sorry…
Will 11:00 Eastern (10:00 Central/8:00 Pacific) this Thursday
(1/10) work for everyone’s calendar?
Hello, all,
I believe the Steering Committee for 2008 will be composed of five
people:
Ø a
representative from Electronic Court Filing Technical Committee (Winters),
Ø a
representative from e-Notary Technical Committee (Ladd),
Ø the ABA
representative (Chambers),
Ø and our
newly elected at-large members (Aronson and Harris).
If all of us can be on a call tomorrow, could we make it our
organizational meeting, to elect a Chair and Secretary and figure out a
“regular” meeting schedule?
We can still set up a conference call, I believe, if everyone could
be available at 10 Pacific (1 Eastern). (That’s the time I had on my calendar.)
Were you saying you can’t be available tomorrow, Mark? If any of us
just can’t be available, we will need an alternate date, as you suggested.
Could everyone indicate availability for tomorrow, the rest of this
week, and January dates after the 21st?
I am available tomorrow between 10 am and 3 pm (Pacific time).
Thursday, any time except 2-3 pm (Pacific).
Friday, between noon and 4:30 pm (Pacific).
The 23rd and 25th are not going to be the
best days for me, but an early morning (Pacific time) meeting might work. The
21st is the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday for many of us. The
22nd is my preferred alternative date and I can be flexible as to
time that day.
Regards,
Roger

Dee,
This reminds me that we were supposed to schedule a meeting of the
Steering Committee – for Jan 9th, according to our original
schedule. Clearly this got lost in the year-end shuffle.
I am booked solid next week. Can we schedule this for Jan 21,
22, 23 or 25?
OASIS is pleased to announce that two new members of the LegalXML Steering Committee have been seated. The two new ‘At-Large’ Member Section Steering Committee members are Marc Aronson and Jim Harris. Thank you to the Member Section members for casting your vote. Congratulations to Marc and Jim and thank you for serving on the LegalXML Steering Committee.
