-- Proposers of the CXS TC,  We just caught a few things on the charter that need some modification. Please have a look at the charter and make the following changes:  - (2)(b) First TC Meeting. For the final charter, we will need details about time and location for the meeting.  If you don't have all the details available now, perhaps the best way to proceed is to have a conference call for the first meeting and focus that meeting on electing the chair(s) and planning the face to face. If you elect to do that, the date and time of the conference call will need to be specified in the charter.  - (2)(e) Statements of Support. The members supporting the charter are termed "proposers." The convener is a simple coordinating role played by one person. With that definition in mind, would you please change Liferay's statement of support from "As a convener..." to "As a proposer..."  - (2)(f) TC Convener. The TC Process only allows for 1 convener. Serge I assume this will be you. In any case, can you reduce the list to one convener.  Thanks & please let us know if you have any questions.  /chet    [§]  ---------------- Chet Ensign Director of Standards Development and TC Administration  OASIS: Advancing open standards for the information society http://www.oasis-open.org Primary: +1 973-996-2298 Mobile: +1 201-341-1393  Check your work using the Support Request Submission Checklist at  http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/47248/tc-admin-submission-checklist.html   TC Administration information and support is available at http://www.oasis-open.org/resources/tcadmin Follow OASIS on: LinkedIn:     http://linkd.in/OASISopen Twitter:         http://twitter.com/OASISopen Facebook:   http://facebook.com/oasis.open

Hello Chet,  Thanks for the corrections. I have already made the correction to the 2e and 2f sections. For the first meeting I think we need to at least discuss between us this before we make the change.
