Hi all,

we recently decided to turn the hyphenation properties "fo:hyphenate",
"fo:hyphenation-remain-char-count" and "fo:hyphenation-push-char-count" 
into text properties. One reason was that they a character properties in 
XSL-FO.

During editing the specification, the question came up whether the 
properties fo:hyphenation-keep and fo:hyphenation-ladder-count should be 
text properties as well. In XSL-FO both properties are block, but no 
character properties.
