    Members of the BDXR TC,  As you see, the ballot to approve  Business Document Metadata Service Location Version 1.0 with Non-Material Changes as a Committee Specification has passed.  TC Admin will not publish the Committee Specification and announce it to the TC and OASIS when it is ready. TC Admin JIRA ticket  https://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/TCADMIN-1781 has been set up to track this work.  Please let me  know if you have any questions on this.     Thank you Chet - this is very exciting and a well deserved pad on the back to the editor of the specification, Dale Moberg, who (sadly for us in the TC) is now moving on to pursue new career goals.
