    * 13/16 voting members present, so quorum requirements have been met.
    * Hideki Hiura will gain voting rights at the adjournment of
    this meeting

    * The agenda was unanimously approved

    * Minutes from 2010-01-04 coordination call:

    http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/201001/msg00068.html

    The attending TC members unanimously accepted the minutes.

    * ODF 1.2 Part 1 Status

    The OASIS TC administration requested a few editorial changes to the ODF
    1.2 Part 1 CD04 specification document. The list of requested changes
    was shortly discussed. All changes were considered to be editorial. A
    modified specification will be uploaded soon.

    * ODF 1.2 Part 2 Status

    The Formula SC in its last call assigned several so far unassigned
    issues with priority "major" to TC members.

    Concerns were raised that the progress on resolving issues is too slow.

    It was asked that TC members that have formula issues assigned check
    if there are issues that cannot be resolved in a timely manner. Such
    issues may be re-assigned or in exceptional cases set to "ODF Next"

    The next OpenFormula call will take place on Tuesday, Jan. the 12th, at
    11 ET.

    * ODF 1.2 Part 3 Status

    The TC agreed that a new JIRA target shall be added for a follow-up
    draft for part 3.

    It was discussed that the TC has the option to conduct a 15-day
    follow-up review for a changed part 3 specification, or to just have
    another 60-day review of all three specification parts together.

    * ODF 1.1 Submission to JTC1.

    It was discussed whether the full specification or a diff to ODF 1.0
    would be submitted to JTC1. What is required shall be discussed with and
    confirmed by Jamie Clark and Mary McRae.

    None of the attending TC members raised objections to submitting ODF 1.1
    to JTC1.

    The TC agreed to request a waiver regarding the submission requirements
    defined by the "Policy for submitting OASIS Standards for adoption by
    other organizations". Rob Weir will draft the request.

    The meeting was adjourned at 4:40pm CET

    My recollection was that we were requesting submission of the full ODF 1.1
    specification to JTC1, along with the waiver of the InteropDemo requirement.
    We passed a motion that I thought was quite specific about both elements of
    the request.

    I don't recall there was equivocation about whether we would submit a
    "diff." How it would be transposed to an amendment of IS 26300:2006 was
    thought to be actions taken at JTC1 [SC34 [WG6]] in some manner,
    considering that there is no such artifact in OASIS.
