I though that all unresolved issues are postponed to ODF-Next unless
considered in a TC vote. OFFICE-3406 is not marked resolved but also not
postponed to ODF-Next (although a comment by Michael indicates "As
agreed by the TC on 2010-11-01 this issue has been moved to ODF-Next".

I think it has to do with needs-discussion. Also, it was brought back from
ODF-Next by Oliver when he added the (latest) proposal text. (Show all
instead of just comments to see the whole change history on the issue.)

Also, a TC vote is being requested.

There's some sort of grace period in which that works, up to next Monday, I
    believe.

    Dear TC-members,

Yes, I worked on this issue after it has been moved on Wednesday to
    ODF-Next.
I have included a proposal for the changed specification text on which
    Cherie already gave her +1
A discussion is needed to decide, if we also want to include the
    diagrams which I have provided.

I will work on the feedback provided to issue OFFICE-3406 until our TC
    call on Monday.

    Best regards, Oliver.

    Dear TC-members,

FYI, I have adjusted the proposal of issue OFFICE-3406

I am requesting a vote on the integration of the provided explaining
    diagrams. The options are:
    - Do not integrate
    - Integrate
    -- as examples
-- as normative text (if possible)

    Thx, Oliver.
