DISPOSITION OF COMMENTS RECEIVED FROM DIGIT
A draft resolution log for comments received to SMP 1.0 CS 01 from DIGIT had been shared prior to the meeting:

It was concluded that a quorum had been reached with all TC voting members present.
Motion 1:
Kenneth Bengtsson made the motion to issue Service Metadata Publishing (SMP) Version 1.0 Working Draft 07 and its associated XML artifacts packaged together in the BDXR archive at:
https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=57914&wg_abbrev=bdxr ... as Service Metadata Publishing (SMP) Version 1.0 Committee Specification Draft 03 and further direct the Chair to perform any actions required by the TC Administrator to accomplish that issuance as soon
as practicable.
The motion was seconded by Sander Fieten.
All members voted in favor.
Resolved that Kenneth Bengtsson shall request OASIS TC Administration to issue
Service Metadata Publishing (SMP) Version 1.0 Working Draft 07 as Service Metadata Publishing (SMP) Version 1.0 Committee Specification Draft 03 ,
subject to any editorial changes required by TC Admin.
Motion 2:
Kenneth Bengtsson made the motion that the committee approve submitting Service Metadata Publishing (SMP) Version 1.0 Working Draft 07 (approved as Service Metadata
Publishing (SMP) Version 1.0 Committee Specification Draft 03 ) and its associated XML artifacts packaged together in the BDXR archive at:
https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=57914&wg_abbrev=bdxr ... for a 15-day public review.
The motion was seconded by Ken Holman.
All members voted in favor.
Resolved that Kenneth Bengtsson shall request OASIS TC Administration to initiate a 15-day public review of Service Metadata Publishing (SMP) Version
1.0 Committee Specification Draft 03 .
BDE 1.1 COMMITTEE SPECIFICATION DRAFT 01 STATUS
A jira ticket has been opened for releasing Business Document Envelope Version 1.1 Committee Specification Draft 01 for an initial 30-day public review:
