OASIS Emergency Management TC

Friends,

We have an EM-TC call scheduled for today at 12ET, details are posted 
in Kavi.  I will have to be flying at 12:20, so will only be 
available for the first few minutes of the call.  I am hopeful that 
someone will be able to complete the meeting and take notes.  I will 
submit responses to my action items in written form.

The draft meeting notes from our face to face will be posted 
shortly.  Please review and have comments available or provide them 
to be before the meeting.

Hi Everyone,

Under normal conditions, I would happily volunteer to stand in for 
Elysa, but we are having an unseasonably strong storm in the SFBay Area 
right now, and I have already had one 90+ minute power outage today, so 
it would not be wise or prudent for me to volunteer today. I'll just be 
happy if I can actually call in and attend all or most of my scheduled 
meetings.

Rex - good luck with the storms, stay safe!  I suggest that we cancel 
this meeting as there is no major issues to address or votes to 
take.  Much good work is being done in the SCs and we can have our 
regularly scheduled meeting in 2-weeks.  I will post a note to the
