UBL Chinese Localization SC

Hello CNLSC,

We will be reviewing localization subcommittee status during the
28 January opening plenary of the next OASIS UBL TC meeting.  If
you do not intend to send a representative to the meeting, please
send me a brief status report no later than Friday 25 January and
I will convey that to the TC.
