We strongly discourage TCs from deleting anything (especially ballots!) as the content in your archives becomes the historical record of the TC's work. So for example, a ballot can be withdrawn and that is far better than deleting one. Withdrawing leaves a record of "oops, my bad, please see the correct ballot" in the record whereas a delete leaves a "something was once here - but now it is gone" - the sort of record that feeds conspiracy theorists for ages to come. <grin> Other than that of course, the list is accurate.
