OASIS XML Localisation Interchange File Format (XLIFF) TC

Hi David, all, Looking at the latest 2.1 draft here: http://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/browse/wsvn/xliff/trunk/xliff-21/xliff-core-v2.1.pdf I noticed the phrase "...it MUST be anyway Extracted using..." is used in several places in the ITS section. I think it should be "...it MUST be always represented using". The rational: - I think "anyway" is probably a typo. - And using "Extracted" seems to assume using the ITS annotation is part of the extraction. But it's not: it can be done at any time.
