If we do not receive a third attestation by 13 December 2002, and if we decide to make any further changes to the Committee Specification 1.1, we can not finish the OASIS standardization process until the end of March 2003 at the earliest. This is because we must undergo another 30-day public review period if we make ANY changes. Since we will not have time to conclude another 30-day review prior to the next submission date (15 January 2003), the earliest submission date we could make would be 15 February 2003.
