    Greetings!

Given the length of the exchange on this one I am almost afraid to ask:

Are we any closer to something I can write down? 

What we have so far looks a bit too large for the margin of the text in
question. ;-)

    Patrick, we are doing this.  Michael has made the schema adjustments. I have made the text changes and I think Michael has made the schema
changes.
