1.Roll call (Peter Reynolds)
2. Discussion of remaining submitted work issues, followed by - if appropriate - a vote to accept the current work as TC Spec (see Yves reformated specification). Discuss, and if deemed appropriate, vote to work towards submitting TC spec as formal OASIS standard.
3. Review proposed schedule and discuss breaking up deliverables into working subgroups (ie, developing schemas for XLIFF)
4. Review and discuss Conformance Subcommittee Charter. If deemed appropriate, vote to confirm charter, leadership (Reinhard) and membership of subcommittee.
5.Set future subcommittee meeting schedules.
6.Report from Yves on W3G/Unicode meeting at Washingtion DC last week - and discuss any issues impacting XLIFF and working relationship with W3C / Unicode.
7. Representation of XLIFF at LISA conference in March - volunteers?
8. Next meeting plans.
