Hi Mark, Thanks for your reply. Tony Mancuso will be working on a draft statement of purpose to be considered for the TEC-SC. Once that is agreed by the TC along with deliverables and chair/s identified, a schedule for meetings will be set up. Can you provide him contact information for those attending the MPCI? PFIF (Ka-Ping Yee of Google is editor of this existing work) is a work being offered along with the Tracking of Emergency Client (TEC) submittal from the EDXL process. . The EM-TC has agreed to stand up a TEC-SC. The statement of purpose, chairs and deliverables will be discussed on the list and in our next telecom meetings.
