Once again, thanks for you prompt response.  I also must aplogise that
when trimming down the spreadsheet for your issues i didn't realize
they referenced others that you did not get!


As we are now in our second round of public review (which finishes this
coming weekend) I propose we carry over the issues you have flagged as
still being open (or unclear) into this round and deal with them at our
plenary meeting next week.

for a second public review
commencing next week.  This

shorter review period (15
days) and we hope this will

before submitting the UBL 2.0
Committee Draft to OASIS
for ratification 
  
as a standard.
  
 
  
We would like to thank you for
your comments so far
and enclose a 
  
summary of their disposition.
As several of your
comments were similar 
  
to those received from the
USDoT EFM project team we
have included their 
  
dispositions in this report as
well. I appreciate this
summary is part 
  
of a working document so
should you wish further
clarification, please
