In an effort to help people visualize where we are at with Indicators and what we have left to do, I put together a simple comparison based on how I see it and what I believe we have consensus on.  Please give us your feedback.   Green = Done  Yellow = We need to figure this out Dark Gray = Dropped  Blue = Being handled by some other new object or structure Thanks, Bret Bret Jordan CISSP Director of Security Architecture and Standards Office of the CTO Blue Coat Systems PGP Fingerprint: 63B4 FC53 680A 6B7D 1447  F2C0 74F8 ACAE 7415 0050 Without cryptography vihv vivc ce xhrnrw, however, the only thing that can not be unscrambled is an egg.   Attachment: signature.asc Description: Message signed with OpenPGP using GPGMail

Hi Rich, the CTI Community and Jamie, The attached contribution into next week's OASIS Cyber Security Technical Committee is hopefully useful to CTI as well. It is provided here purely for information. It is useful, however, to compare the constructs and material with that of the Cybersecurity Act of 2015. By chance, both instruments were approved by their respective legislative entities the same day (18 Dec 2015), although the EU NIS clock hasn't started yet. Somehow these regimes on both sides of the pond need to play together, and OASIS TC CTI (as well as the Center for Internet Security) can play significant roles in facilitating a common cyber sandbox. best, tony Attachment: CYBER(16)006023r1_EU_NIS_Directive.pptx Description: application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.presentationml.presentation
