    Hello again,

Below there is a link to a draft RDDL for the energyinterop namespace ( http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/energyinterop/energyinterop-20090701 ). The namespace name is dictated by OASIS standards. See: http://docs.oasis-open.org/specGuidelines/namingGuidelines/metadata.html#declaredNamespace

Here are questions for the group:

    1)      I will assume the namespace is acceptable unless there is objection.  Is there any objection?

    2)      The OpenADR defines a namespace for type(s).  The EventInfo type has its own namespace.  I prefer to consolidate. Could one of the OpenADR folks explain the reasoning behind the granularity of the OpenADR namespaces?

    3)      The Copyright citation (for example in the attached XSD) only cites OASIS (not any of the authors of the OpenADR spec).  Is more than this required?  Is there a good way to honor the organization and authors of OpenADR V1.0?

I will defer changes to the other XSDs until there has been a chance for comment.

    Thanks!

    Dave

David, I agree that we should use the same namespace consistently.

    With kind regards,
