Hi all, the skeleton PR was indeed somehow broken. OLD Modifiers and Enrichers processing an XLIFF Document that contains a <skeleton> element must not change those elements.  Yves suggested Modifiers and Enrichers processing an XLIFF Document that contains a <skeleton> element MUST NOT change that element and its content. Since the <skeleton> element can be empty and in that case reference an external skeleton via its href attribute and an elements attribute is strictly speaking not its content I suggest the following text for the PR: NEW Modifiers and Enrichers processing an XLIFF Document that contains a <skeleton> element MUST NOT change that element, its attributes, or its content. This will be printed and submitted to SVN later today GMT. I will consider the above approved by the TC unless I hear dissent by Monday, March 17, end of day PDT.
