Dear Emergency Management TC Members:

As you know, the EM TC will be meeting during the Symposium this year.  A

President, Standards & Open Source at IBM and concludes with an interactive
spotlight panel moderated by Anne Thomas Manes of The Burton Group. Sessions
geared for both high-level and technical attendees fill the program, as well
as several interactive panel discussions, tutorials, and workshops (all
