  • 1.  Proposal 13119 SVG domain: Reviewers Needed

I have prepared the Stage 3 submission for proposal 13119, SVG domain. I need reviewers. I have added to the design the element type <svgref>, modeled on the <mathmlref> from the new MathML domain. As these two domains are almost exactly analogous, it seemed appropriate, if not essential, for the SVG domain to have the same type of use-by-reference element as the MathML domain. The domain consists of two new element types, resulting in three new topics, one for the domain and one for each of the new elements. I still need one more reviewer for the SVG proposal.
