In examining lines 71 - 74 of the spreadsheet (Service Group - Information), I could not find any associated material that dealt with the generic "information" exchange in the OpenADR comm. Spec. Nominally ALL of the services in the spreadsheet exchange information. (Normally when defining a payload name I suggest that a more specific or meaningful name be used). There is a reference to "EventInformation" but my belief is that this exchange is covered in the Trans-Event group.
Barring further information that suggests a use case for this information exchange in line 71 - 74 I would suggest they simply be deleted. If a use case does exist (if anyone can shed some light on this exchange) for this set then let us first determine a more meaningful name.
Cheers -
