Acceptance of previous Meeting Minutes

Several people pointed out that the comments Paul Grosso voiced on the
mailing list on the Feb. 18/19 meeting minutes were indeed correct and
should be incorporated into the meeting minutes.

Discussion of Work Package 3.1.2: Lists
===================================================
The TC discussed different list representations.
- In most current word processors paragraph styles carry list information.
- WordPerfect has a numbering concept which applies to non-paragraph
elements (e.g. graphics) as well.
- In HTML and the base specification lists and list items are enclosed by
elements
- The base specification allows lists to be joined through their
numbering
rules, allowing it to represent the same lists that the word processor
model does.
The TC suggested that lists should follow the base specification. As
no quorum was reached, this will be put for discussion on the mailing
lists, so a formal vote can commence on the next meeting.
Daniel will provide examples of lists in the base specification;
particularly how word-processor style lists would be represented.
Discussion of Work Package 3.2: Sections and Indices

Discussion started on the representation (and meaning) of sections and
indices.
Sections encompass a sequence of paragraph-level content (paragraphs,
tables, etc.).
Indices are special sections whose content is automatically
generated. They typically contain their most recent content just like
a normal section does, as well as an 'source'. An application may
update or re-generate the content at any time.
DDE-linked sections (just like DDE fields) contain their most-recent
content as well, so that DDE implementations are only necessary for
updating the content, but not for redering or importing the file.
