document is revision #7 of ditaspec.pdf.

Document Description:
- deprecated grouped value syntax in otherprops
- removed forward-looking statement about domains integration
- removed references to architectural forms in class attribute topic
- added public identifiers list to dtd organization topic
- updated "what are topics?" topic to clarify reasons for
flexibility/nesting
- added explanation of chunking behavior
