OASIS XML Localisation Interchange File Format (XLIFF) TC

Hi all,   I’m attaching the presentation I gave at today’s FEISGILLT, proposing a yearly cadence for XLIFF 2.x.   For those not at the conference today, please review and share any thoughts/feedback you may have.   Thanks, Kevin. This looks good, the only observation is
that unlike Unicode, there is always some change/addition to the standard,
XLIFF may not and need not update as rapidly. Unless we have a major theme
(that benefits most of the participants) to focus on for the next few years,
this may not be as easy to pull off.
