    The last two sentences of the first paragraph read:
    
    Additionally, a text document may contain forms, change tracking 
    information and variable declarations. Each of these are contained in a 
    container element in the document prelude, and may be referenced from 
    the document content.
    
    Comment: The multiple uses of 'contain' and 'container' is confusing.
    
    Suggest:
