LegalXML MS Steering Committee

Since all of the TC's need to confirm the Steering Committee membership, and the nomination and election of the at-large members, I think that we should delay the next conference call until late October. BTW, I was confirmed as the ECF TC committee as the SC member for the upcoming year. We also identified a member to stand as an at-large member. Jim
