I have posted an update to the hiearchical profile in response to comments from Rich. My specific responses to Rich are inline below.
I have not done any editorial cleanup. I will be on vacation until next Tuesday April 7. If the document seems ok and somebody wants to take on the task of doing cleanup on it, fine. If not I will do it after I return.
