Eliot has introduced me to a contact at Google who is interested in our event terms work. As Google is an OASIS member, I have let Thomas Riga know that he can participate directly by joining the EMTC and CAP-SC. I have let him know we will keep him posted. He has told me Google would be happy to support the effort by: making our systems compatible with these consolidated event terms promote their adoption - for example by linking to these from our partner help center and suggesting the CAP publishers in our program to use these collaborating to ensure we have coverage for all event types that are currently available in Google Public Alerts I sent him a copy of our current list and let him know of our plans to complete the Committee Note by the CAP Workshop in October and disseminate it then for public review.
