Sure, but we also produce a specification that points to a number of ancillary files: RELAX NG schemas (compact and XML), XML Schemas, Schematron schemas, etc. I have no problem naming the standards document according to the OASIS rules, but I'm less sanguine about applying those rules to every artifact.
