Hi Abbie,
Very glad to see the ORMS TC planning moving along.
The OASIS Board does not normally get involved in TC formation. Mary
McRae (TC Administrator) is the TC god(dess), as described in the TC
Process (see in particular
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/process.php#s2.2).
I suggest that all of the TC originators should make sure you are
familiar with that policy so you can make the start-up go as cleanly as
possible. Please don't put the burden on Mary to push and remind you
along the way.
Best regards,
Paul

Subject: [ORMS] Open Reputation Management Systems: Charter Update and
moving forward
All,
Attached is the latest ORMS charter update.
Items marked in Yellow are the items that we need to agree upon.
Please review the last table in the text that includes participants
names and affiliations. I still have information that is still missing.
I have suggested a location for the first F2F meeting of the TC to
coincide with the OASIS symposium. Dee, can you please confirm with
OASIS that we can have the meeting there (Basically can we have a room).
Dee, Paul Kinght, is this schedule OK with the OASIS BoD. Can we get
approvals before the suggested April meeting.
Please review and provide feedback no later that Feruary 5th CoB day
Eatern time.
After that we will proceed with submitting the documents to OASIS.
Many thanks to all of you for your participation and we are looking
forward to an excellent work to come out of this TC.
Regards
Abbie
