    I've reviewed the specification and identified the following issues that must be addressed before the public review can be announced.

    not formatted properly; should say:
    Emergency Data Exchange Language Resource Messaging (EDXL-RM) Version 1.0
    - Stage and Revision
    stage is to appear on a separate line
    - Date
    date is to appear on a separate line
    - URIs
    1. the same path is given for both the current and latest version; this was correct before and is now incorrect
    2. only the doc files are listed; must list all 3 versions (pdf, html, doc)
    - TC Name
    this should be a hypertext link to the TC Public Home page
