Subject: Press Release to Announce OASIS International Health Continuum TC
--PLEASE NOTE QUOTE DEADLINE IS THURSDAY, 23 SEPT --
OASIS Members:
The Consortium is in the process of drafting a press release to announce the
formation of the OASIS International Health Continuum (IHC) Technical
Committee. We have targeted Monday, 27 September 2004, for distribution.
While OASIS deeply appreciates the contributions of all members to our
technical work, only Sponsor members elect to receive promotional benefits,
such as inclusion in announcements directed to the press.
The OASIS IHC TC press release, therefore, will include the following
statement:
"Members of the OASIS International Health Continuum Technical Committee
include representatives of CommerceNet, IBM, RosettaNet, SeeBeyond
Technology, U.S. National Insurance Administration, <INSERT SPONSORS> and
others."
If your organization's name is listed above and you would prefer *not* to be
mentioned in the press release, please let me know.
Sponsor-level members that would like to send a quote on behalf of their
organization in support of the OASIS IHC TC may email that to me. Please
include a name and title at your company to whom the quote can be
attributed. A representative of your organization must join the TC prior to
the release date.
If your organization is not a Sponsor member, and you would like to be
featured as a major participant in the OASIS IHC TC, please contact Scott
McGrath (scott.mcgrath@oasis-open.org) for information on upgrading your
membership to take advantage of this promotional benefit.
**Our deadline for accepting Sponsor quotes for the press release is 5:00 pm
US EST, COB Thursday, 23 Sept.**
