If there are conflicts a two week wait is OK.
Otherwise it would be useful to understand the procedures for turning
over maintenance to ebCore. E.g., how to submit work in progress, how to
handle locations for documents, namespaces, how IP is handled, etc.
A list of what needs to be done would be helpful. Both ebBP and CPPA are
considering this transition now and need to understand what is done.
Some of it will be OASIS procedures and some TC procedures.
